This award is conferred on the top 30 companies in the State of Kentucky who have achieved a growth rate of at least 40% over the previous twelve-month period. Bonfiglioli not only exceeded this threshold but achieved an impressive + 69% growth rate to become one of only two European companies, together with a German firm, to win recognition.
Bonfiglioli USA's premises cover 2,500 m2 and so far employs a staff of 38. Forecasts estimate that turnover from the American market will reach nearly 40 million US Dollars this year. The American market certainly represents a major growth area in Bonfiglioli's internationalisation strategy and Bonfiglioli USA is gearing up to invest massively in equipment and human resources to ensure that this growth comes about.
