Bonfiglioli held its Annual International Corporate Meeting in Milan from the 1st to the 3rd March. One hundred and ten representatives attended, from all thirteen of Bonfiglioli Riduttori's worldwide subsidiaries. Participants also included the winners of the company's Best Achiever and Top International Distributor awards.
The meeting provided the perfect occasion to celebrate Bonfiglioli Riduttori's 50th anniversary and to officially inaugurate the group's new Carpiano facility, which will become the logistics and operations hub for the distribution of Bonfiglioli products throughout Italy.
Workshops discussed issues related to the preparation and confirmation of the budget for 2006, and also examined the final financial and trading figures for 2005, with general satisfaction being expressed for the results achieved.
All participants enthusiastically endorsed the quality and comprehensiveness of the new product range that was showcased at the meeting, and will provide customers with many attractive new solutions.
Special work groups also evaluated Bonfiglioli's new sales and marketing strategies. At the end of the three-day event the groups proposed a range of initiatives that will prove extremely effective precisely because they are the result of shared objectives and strategies.
The meeting demonstrated the Bonfiglioli Group's tremendous potential for teamwork, and showed how the management teams of subsidiaries all over the world actively contribute to formulating and implementing the strategies announced by the group's head office.
The meeting was chaired by group Chairman Clementino Bonfiglioli and Sonia Bonfiglioli, as a sign of their support for the entire Bonfiglioli team in the year of the company's fiftieth anniversary, and at a time when the group is determined to embrace the future through strategic know-how and industrial professionalism.
