Q: How do I configure the browser for optimal use of Mosaico?

A: To use Mosaico you must install Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.

Q: What is meant by security?

A: It means the protection of the data stored in Mosaico, which is guaranteed by the issue of a unique User ID and password and by 128-bit SSL protocol which encrypts communications.

Users also actively contribute to data security by not disclosing their access codes to anyone and by changing the password as soon as they receive it.

Q: How do I access Mosaico?

A: To request access to Mosaico, write to mosaico-mkt@bonfiglioli.com, stating the name and e-mail address of the person who will use the system.

Bonfiglioli will provide the user with a User ID and password matching the requested profile.

Entry to Mosaico in order creation mode is subject to acceptance of the contract regulating e-commerce transactions. Users must also assign their own codes to Bonfiglioli product descriptions, to ensure a unique match and consistency.

Mosaico can also be accessed in read-only mode. This profile can be upgraded to full function privileges as described above, by sending a request to Bonfiglioli.

Q: Who can access Mosaico?

A: All Bonfiglioli Riduttori’s customers and distributors in Italy and abroad.

Q: What happens if I enter my User ID or password incorrectly?

A: The system flags the incorrect entry and asks you to repeat the operation. To ensure data confidentiality, if a password is entered incorrectly 5 consecutive times, the system disables the user, who must contact Bonfiglioli for a new User ID and password.

Q: Do I have to inform Bonfiglioli if I change my password?

A: No, the password is changed at the user’s discretion. Bonfiglioli recommends changing your password once every month or two months.

Q: What happens if I lose my User ID and/or password?

A: You must send an e-mail to mosaico-mkt@bonfiglioli.com promptly informing Bonfiglioli of the loss. Bonfiglioli will disable the lost codes and issue new ones.

Q: How many User IDs and Passwords can I request?

A: There is no limit to the number of User IDs and Passwords that can be requested by the same customer.

Bonfiglioli Riduttori suggests asking for several access codes in order to identify which users have accessed Mosaico.

The name and e-mail address of all users together with their access profile (read-only or full-function privileges) must be sent to Bonfiglioli.

Q: Which products can I purchase?

A: You can purchase products from Bonfiglioli’s industrial range.

Q: What do I have to do if I no longer wish to subscribe to Mosaico?

A: Send an e-mail to mosaico-mkt@bonfiglioli.com.

Bonfiglioli will immediately disable the user account.
