Purchasing AreaRead-only mode - Customers can track orders in real time. It is possible to retrieve both the sales conditions specific to the order and track order progress throughout the entire production process. - Shipping and billing details are also available. Order creation mode - In addition to the functions available in read-only mode, customers can be authorised to create and submit orders via Mosaico. Orders can be created by adding one article at a time to a shopping basket, or by XML, a standard protocol which communicates with any order management system. Using this system, customers can enter an order in their own management system and automatically create an .xml file which can be easily imported to Mosaico and sent to Bonfiglioli, thus avoiding having to enter the order twice. To access these functions, the XML protocol must be implemented in the customer’s ERP system and, if the customer uses his own coding, the relevant codes must be assigned to the Bonfiglioli products in the Mosaico catalogue. |
