Technical AreaManagement of product catalogue When accessing Mosaico in order creation mode, Bonfiglioli provides the customer with all the product codes purchased over the last few years, which are organised in series. Depending on requirements, customers can group codes into smaller sub-groups to create customised catalogues. They can also assign their own product coding to Bonfiglioli codes. The aim of this feature is to allow customers to customise the data stored in Mosaico as much as possible and hence, make their work easier and more efficient. Product configuration Bonfiglioli customers authorised to create orders online can also configure standard products. If a product code is not already in their own catalogue, they can add it using either the Bonfiglioli code or their own. Technical data can also be extracted in real time in TXT and PDF format, as well as 3D and 2D drawings. |
