DATA PROTECTION NOTICE GIVEN IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF THE ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

In compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Italy's personal data protection law, Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A., with head offices at 7/a, Via Giovanni XXIII, Lippo di Calderara di Reno (BO), 40012 Italy hereby informs you
- that the "Data Holder" of your personal data is Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A., with head offices at 7/a, Via Giovanni XXIII, Lippo di Calderara di Reno, 40012 Italy
- that the "Data Coordinator" of your personal data, while held, is the current Manager of the Personnel Office, contactable through the offices of the Data Holder

- that Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A. will hold and process your personal data in compliance with the requirements of Legislative Decree 196/2003, according to the principles of legality, correctness and transparency, using the methods described below, in confidentiality and in respect of your rights under the law.

1. PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR DATA WILL BE USED
The personal data you provide, as included in your curriculum vitae, will be used exclusively for the purposes of personnel selection. By way of example, your personal data will be used for the following activities in the field of personnel selection: to register your details in our company database; to comply with applicable laws and legal requirements.
2. METHODS WITH WHICH YOUR DATA WILL BE USED
a) Your data will be held and processed by performing one or more of the operations listed in article 4/ 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2006, namely: collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, diffusion, deletion and destruction, whether the data is recorded in a database or not;
b) Your personal data may be held and processed with or without the support of electronic or automatic systems by the Data Holder, the Data Coordinator and by persons specifically entrusted with its processing, observing all relevant cautionary measures to ensure its security and confidentiality.Your personal data will be held only for the period of time necessary to complete the personnel selection procedures for which it was collected or, if you become an employee of the company, for the duration of your employment.
3. CONFERRAL OF YOUR DATA
The conferral of your data is necessary for the purposes of the activities described in point 1. Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A. needs to know and record your personal details in order to complete its personnel selection process. 
4. REFUSAL TO CONFER YOUR DATA
You have the right to refuse to confer your personal data, but this will make it impossible for Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A. to evaluate your application as part of our personnel selection procedure.
5. COMMUNICATION OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data may be divulged to the Data Holder, Data Coordinator and to persons entrusted with data processing. Your personal data may also be divulged to other persons and organisations (e.g. human resources consultants, personnel selection agencies, etc.) if this proves necessary for the purposes described above.
6. DIFFUSION OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data shall not be otherwise diffused.
7. TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA ABROAD
Your personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes described in point 1.
8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA OWNER
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 confers specific legal rights on the owner of personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting the Data Holder or Data Coordinator as identified above. These rights include: - the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being held or not, and to view that data in an intelligible form; - the right to be informed of the source of your personal data, the purposes for which it is held, the processing methods used, the logic applied to its processing, the identity of the Data Holder, the Data Coordinator and any other persons to whom it might be divulged;-  the right to have your personal data updated, corrected, added to, deleted or  rendered anonymous, and to forbid its use in violation of the law; - the right to prevent the use of your personal data in part or in whole, for any legitimate reason.


DECLARATION OF CONSENT

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above notice. I consent to the use of my personal data by the Data Holder and/or Data Coordinator and/or persons temporarily entrusted with its processing, including any sensitive data conferred by me, such as personal data revealing racial and ethnic origins,religious, political and other convictions and opinions, membership of political parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical, political or labour associations and organisations, and personal data revealing my state of health or sexual orientation. I extend this consent to authorise the transfer of my personal data to other countries, including countries outside the EU, as stated in the above notice. I am aware that my refusal to give this consent will prevent Bonfiglioli Riduttori S.p.A. from performing the operations or services described in this notice.
