I have configured a product but I cannot download the drawings. I keep getting an error message that port 81 is blocked. What should I do?

If you get this error message, ask the person responsible for network security in your company to make sure that your own company firewall is not blocking port TCP 81 output to the server www.mosaico.bonfiglioli.com, and also ask him to ensure that your company’s proxy server is port 81 enabled.
I have installed the JT2Go.exe display utility but I still cannot see any 3D gearbox previews. What should I do?

1) Open a window in Internet Explorer.
2) Open the “Tools” menu in the toolbar and select Internet Options.
3) On the “Security” tab select “Custom Level”.
