Bonfiglioli partners Porsche in the “Ex-Machina” project to promote new talent

Porsche presented its “Ex-Machina” project on the 24th September in Roncade, in the province of Treviso, Italy. The location chosen for the event was the splendid headquarters of H-Farm, a company that acts as incubator and start-up accelerator for ventures based on the bright ideas of young people. This fascinating project is the result of Porsche Italy’s commitment to harnessing and promoting the energies of talented young people. The project kicks off with a “Hackathon”, a marathon session of over 24 hours during which around 250 young talents will be invited to put forward ideas for innovative business projects. The 30 young people with the most interesting proposals will then be invited to spend three months at the H-Farm campus to refine their ideas and work out all the details necessary to put their projects into practice.

Bonfiglioli is partnering and supporting the Ex-Machina project by recounting its own story of continuous research and innovation, and by confirming its commitment to promoting young professionals with a talent for finding courageous new solutions. Bonfiglioli’s Human Resources Manager, Santino Carlino, repeated the importance of these concepts during the press conference that presented the extraordinary Ex-Machina project, and declared Bonfiglioli’s willingness to make a tangible contribution to the future training of the young people taking part in the project.
