Hannover Messe 2015: main stop along the road to the factory of the future

This year’s Hannover exhibition ran from the 13th to the 17th April. We presented our solutions in the industrial automation hall showing our latest advances in automation and energy saving. The event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our presence on the market as a global company, aimed in developing innovative solutions, specifically focused on the different application needs.

We are extremely pleased with large number of visitors at our booth also thanks to the climbing dynamic wall realized by Climblock and powered by our drives, a concrete example of how our solutions satisfy our customer specific application needs.

The exhibition attracted the attention of politicians from all over the world and of leading figures in the European Union. In particular, at the start of the Hannover Messe on Monday morning, Chancellor Angela Merkel and India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi toured the exhibition.

More than twenty journalists from leading German and international sector magazines took part in our Press Conference, on Tuesday, where we presented our results and strategies in targeted mechatronic sectors. Our CEO and President Sonia Bonfiglioli underlined our goal to be among major players of power transmission in the world
saying that, according to the Bonfiglioli business model, the winning strategy is to focus on quality and innovation in products and solutions.

Between the events related to the exhibition, we participated in the 3rd International Drive Technology Meeting thank to whom EUROTRANS, in which we are members of the Board, connects the global community within the power transmission industry. The meeting was a great success with more than 110 participants from 13 countries.
