Bonfiglioli supplies high efficiency, low noise and efficient powertrains for a number of applications such as airport ground equipment, forklifts, lightweight electric vehicles.

Forklift

Bonfiglioli supplies high efficiency, low noise planetary axles with integrated, high performance electric motors and low maintenance braking systems. The typical applications include 3 and 4 wheel counterbalance lift trucks with lift capacity from 2000 to 5000 kg.

Bonfiglioli axles are available in several different sizes delivering a maximum torque from 3000 up to 7000 Nm. The integrated electric motors deliver a rated power from 2x4.5 kW to 26 kW.  The standard wheel size ranges from a diameter of 18” to a diameter of 28”.

Airport electric vehicles

Bonfiglioli supplies high efficiency, low noise axles with integrated, high performance electric motors and low maintenance braking systems for ground support equipment (Industrial Trucks Class VI, electric type) and other material handling electric machinery used at airports like luggage trolley collection, passenger transport, passenger fingers towing tractors for baggage carts, container dollies, etc.). 

Bonfiglioli complete powertrains grant an output deliverable torque ranging from 1000 to 8500 Nm and a draw bar pull force from 5 to 40 kN. Bonfiglioli solutions are suitable for vehicles with a speed up to 20 km/h.

Passenger and commercial vehicles

Bonfiglioli supplies versatile, low noise drives coupled to electric motors for all-electric, battery powered vehicles like urban passenger cars, commercial vehicles and delivery trucks. This solution ensures more energy-efficient operation and extended autonomy from the battery thanks to optimised, low backlash helical gears and high speed bearings.

Bonfiglioli complete powertrains are specifically designed for vehicles operating in urban or suburban areas weighting from 700 to 3500 kg indicatively with a speed up to 100 km/h. These powertrains can deliver a torque from 1000 to 3000 Nm
