E-ngenious

The E-ngenious platform is part of the digitization process for our Human Capital department, with the goal of creating a new Global Employee Experience. E-ngenious is a digital platform which allows all colleagues around the world to stay connected, empowering the entire company workforce by facilitating bottom-up cooperation.

Agile

Bonfiglioli has used an agile design methodology for some years now, through the creation of interdepartmental teams who work together to develop a Minimum Viable Product to respond in a faster, more flexible and more innovative manner to the requirements of customers and internal stakeholders.

IoT

We offer customized and ready-to-use IoT solutions to optimize the productivity and efficiency of our customers’ machinery. From design of the applications to monitoring of device health and data collection. The R&D team provides support to customers to allow them to add value to their data and accelerate development.

Thanks to an international network of closely interconnected production sites and branch offices, we are able to offer the same high levels of quality at any time, anywhere in the world. Our organization is composed of 24 sales offices, fifteen production sites, and over 550 distributors around the world. FIRST INTERVIEW

If your profile matches what we are looking for you, we will contact you for an initial interview where we will tell you more about our company and ask you some questions about your professional experience.

ASSESSMENT

In this phase of the process, depending on the seniority of the position, we will ask you to take part in different types of assessments, such as gamification and behavioral tests. At the end of these tests, you will receive feedback on the profile which emerged.

SECOND INTERVIEW

During the course of this interview, you will get to meet the head of the company department. The goal is to best analyze your technical skills as required by the role.

THIRD INTERVIEW

This last interview aims to look closer at your motivation for joining the Bonfiglioli team
