Harry Singh has been promoted from Projects and Contracts Engineer to New South Wales (NSW) Sales Manager for Bonfiglioli.
With almost a decade of company experience under his belt, Harry has climbed the ranks over the years; his most recent promotion is testament to the fact that hard work and loyalty pays off.
Harry initially pursued a career in Electrical Engineering and his path led him to us. “I started in February 2011 as a casual storeman and received a permanent role in the store just two months later,”
“Since then I’ve moved from Purchasing to a Sales Office Supervisor followed by a Projects and Contracts Engineer in 2017 and most recently to NSW Sales Manager – my biggest milestone to date,”
This bold move looks to further strengthen our positioning and add more value to its clients in the region. “Whether I am a Storeman or a Sales Manager, my goal is always to maintain high standards and work hard. I believe that this philosophy will be of great benefit to clients and colleagues alike”.
Harry’s new role entails building and maintaining client relations, working with both internal and external departments, meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets, pursuing new business and sales opportunities and more.
When asked what sets Bonfiglioli apart from the rest, Harry believes that it all starts with their motto: ‘We Engineer reams’. “This drives our relentless commitment towards excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Our team creates, distributes and services world-class power transmission and drive solutions to keep the world in motion,”
“Bonfiglioli is underpinned by its people. We thrive in a collaborative workplace and all share the same vision. We support one another and work together to make our clients’ ideas a reality”.
Harry shares his fondest memory at the company to date as the opportunity to receive a 2016 Bulk Handling Award on behalf of their team.
Martin Broglia, Managing Director of Bonfiglioli ANZ adds: “Harry will be spending more time with our valued NSW clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and service excellence. This position is well deserved, and we wish Harry all the best in his new role.”
