Bonfiglioli Achieves Top Employer Italy 2026 Certification

Recognition Extended Internationally for the First Time

Bonfiglioli is proud to announce the achievement of the Top Employer Italy 2026 certification, obtained for the third consecutive year, confirming the Group’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and engaging work environment where people development is a key priority.

The result reflects a further improvement in the overall rating, positioning Bonfiglioli among the top quartile of certified companies in Italy and recognizing the continuous evolution of its Human Resources policies and practices.

2026 also marks an important milestone for the Group: for the first time, the Top Employer certification has been extended to an international level. In addition to the Italian sites, Bonfiglioli operations in Slovakia, India and the United States, together with Selcom Italia, have also been certified, achieving scores ranging between 86% and 91%. This milestone highlights the adoption of shared HR standards and consistent people practices across all the countries in which the Group operates.

The certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, recognizes a structured development journey built around four key pillars:

  • Talent attraction and onboarding, supported by a strengthened Employee Value Proposition, individual interviews and a structured onboarding process starting from the Induction Day.

  • Learning and development, with the global rollout of the Performance Appraisal process and the launch of the International Trainee Program for young STEM graduates, with a new international edition planned for 2026.

  • Wellbeing and health, promoted through corporate welfare initiatives, the partnership with the Wellhub platform and preventive healthcare programs such as the Bonfiglioli Health Care Project, which in 2025 provided nearly 500 free cardiology check-ups.

  • Diversity and inclusion, reinforced by the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125 gender equality certification and the launch of the Empowered Together project, developed in collaboration with Fondazione Libellula, aimed at fostering an increasingly inclusive organizational culture.

This recognition further motivates Bonfiglioli to continue investing in its people and to promote sustainable growth for its teams and the communities in which the Group operates.
