For Bonfiglioli, sustainability goes beyond the factory and production processes. It’s about generating meaningful value for the people and communities where we operate—with a special emphasis on empowering younger generations and shaping their future.
Our initiatives are developed in different contexts, across countries and cultures, but with a common goal: to promote growth and inclusion. We do this by supporting STEM education and training programmes, collaborating with schools, laboratories, sports teams and local foundations. Projects designed to open new paths: towards knowledge, careers and self-confidence. Because an opportunity, if made concrete, can change a life.
We believe that true progress comes when no one is left behind. This is the vision that guides our daily actions and which we describe in our 2024 Annual Report.
