浮选

浮选机主要由大水池组成，水池中的叶轮保证水/材料溶液以高速旋转。在溶液中使用特定化学反应剂，亦或是加入可增加的空气，帮助矿石从流体溶液中析出。
对于这种应用，邦飞利提供带有更多轴承的螺旋斜面或平行轴减速电机。输出配制通常会使用强化轴承，以承受轴上的机器叶轮。某些型号的设备需要注入高压空气，最大限度地从水中分离出材料。在此情况下，邦飞利的齿轮箱为输出轴配了一个穿透孔，顶部用一个特定接口来进行管道连接。
HDO 通常由皮带传动传动，而 HDP 直接连接到具有钟形外壳的电机上。独立冷却器通常装配在较大的机器上。干井是基本需求。
