Helical In-line AS Series Gearmotors

Bonfiglioli’s Helical In-line AS Series Gearmotors are an ideal choice for P-Cube’s Tower Hoists.

AS Series is a highly dynamic, energy-saving solution, with a wide output speed selection range. The Gearmotors require minimum mounting space. Reduced backlash and torque range of 50 to 12,000 Nm makes this Series a bestseller for Bonfiglioli. In continuous applications, where reliability and low maintenance are key factors, AS Series always rises to the challenge.

300 Series Planetary Gearbox

P-Cube uses Bonfiglioli's 300 Series of Planetary Drives for their Bar Bending machines.

Bonfiglioli’ s 300 Series is an outstanding solution for all Medium and heavy-duty applications where compactness is not an option. Thanks to its modular design, the 300 Series can be customized to match an extremely wide range of applications. Bonfiglioli’ s expertise in planetary technology ensures high-quality product design and manufacturing procedures. The 300 Series operates without unwanted downtime even in the harshest environments. This planetary gearbox achieves top-class flexibility thanks to several outputs, as well as input configurations available for all 20 sizes. The 300 Series can be completed with a wide range of electric motors entirely manufactured by Bonfiglioli. Asynchronous motors can be coupled with 300 Series gearboxes, providing our customers a complete solution.

A Series Helical Bevel Gearmotors

This series finds application in P-Cube's Multifunctional Material – Passenger and Material (PM Hoist) Hoist.

The A Series combines high efficiency and reliability, low maintenance costs and a wide torque range. It is compact and has 3 mounting planes on housing The A Series can be coupled with a wide range of electric motors entirely manufactured by Bonfiglioli which are asynchronous IEC motors (BE-BX), servomotors (BMD) and reluctance motors (BSR). Medium and larger sizes are supplied with SG Iron housing which offers better strength to weight ratio
