For 3- and 4-wheel counterbalance lift trucks, Bonfiglioli provides a complete powertrain solution, featuring the traction systems 600F Series, which integrate high-performance electric motor and low maintenance braking system to ensure maximum reliability. Our electric powertrains are fully tested in the factory and guarantee low energy consumption. This, in turn, means longer battery operating times, extended servicing intervals and lower costs of ownership.

Blueroll

BlueRoll is the Bonfiglioli platform specifically developed to respond to the demanding requirements of the AGV sector in terms of power density, position accuracy and high load capacity.

Available in three configurations - Basic, Advanced, and Compact – BlueRoll features a compact low voltage precision planetary servo gear motor, compatible with electronic drives with 24 or 48-volt batteries.

Bonfiglioli offers complete systems capable of supporting post & parcel material handling: three helical bevel gearmotors of the A Series each of them with three different torque ranges – A10, A20 and A30, respectively coupled with asynchronous IE3 electric motors and synchronous reluctant IE4 motors with sensorized decentralized inverter.

The inverter acts as a sort of control unit that communicates with the sensor integrated in the gearmotor, responsible for carrying out the predictive maintenance, i.e. IoT functions. The on-site collected data are then sent to Bonfiglioli’s PC system with Profinet-based fieldbus.
